Saila Reyes is a writer/director who worked at HBO, MTV, and Columbia Pictures before moving into the creative side full time, working for reality television and music videos until she was selected as one of the inaugural fellows in Universal Pictures’ Feature Writers’ Program. She subsequently signed with Circle of Confusion as a writer and director and now works for both studios and independent production companies as a tv/film writer and director.
Son of Colombian immigrants, Chris Gabo was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He takes his name sake 'Gabo' from the nickname Colombians give the father of magical realism, Gabriel García Márquez, and his complex imagistic lyrics live up to the moniker. More on Chris here
Arianne Alizio is a filmmaker, production designer and photographer of Indonesian, Filipinx, Lebanese, Polish and Italian descent. She is currently pursuing a masters degree at @nyugallatin that merges film production, public policy, and radical media studies. Arianne is also the director of @jalanjalanfilm and founder of @cash4gold.club
Joy’s an FIT graduate who worked on BRAVO TV's hit show, Chef Roble & Co, Marie Claire Magazine, and YOOX before moving to LA to work for Law Roach and Jessica Paster. She has worked with some of the biggest stars such as Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Emily Blunt, Tiffany Haddish, Anne Hathaway, Olivia Munn, and Ava Duvernay. She’s also worked with top brands such as Lancome, Viacom, Vogue, Elle, Groupon, Nike and many more. Joy’s clients current include Kodie Shane, Ajiona Alexus, Leyna Bloom and icon Robin Givens. With her eye for detail, love of fashion and brand connections her personal clients love how she is able to evolve their style while also allowing them to feel beautiful and true in their own skin.
Kristi is a Latina casting director and producer based in Los Angeles. She has cast projects with ABC, Amazon, CBS, Fox, GLAAD, Google, HBO, Lionsgate, NBC, Paramount Pictures and Warner Brothers, most recently working as the Associate Casting Director on “Transparent: The Musical Finale” for Amazon with Jill Soloway executive producing. Lugo began her career casting the short film "Cristina,” starring Latina breakout star, Alicia Sanz, then most recently cast “Smoke” starring Billy Porter and Alexandra Grey. Lugo is currently casting the indie feature film, "When Time Got Louder," starring "Hunger Games" star Willow Shields and producing the feature film adaption of the viral short "Pretty Boy," alongside Adam Engelhard, Bash Naran and Tara Ansley with Cameron Thrower directing.
Santiago is a Colombian street photographer based out of Los Angeles who has done projects all around the world including Paris, Colombia, Morocco, New York, and Spain.
